Morning and today posting my GDT card for Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2. Using sketch 316 by Kathie.

I used an image from AALL&Create coloured with promarkers, p, paper from Crafters Companion, card candy and ribbon from stash -both of which not seen light of day for a good few years and I didn't have the right colour ribbon. I picked the paper because of the pink flowers- didn't plan very well when I cut it because the image covered the flowers!!!
Please note if any challenges have digi images for prizes I am just playing for fun and support as I don't have a printer

These neutrals are gorgeous as background and enhancement for your pretty flower! I do see a hint of the pink showing up around the edges of your image panel. I should make an effort to use ribbon on a card more often. I've done two big ribbon purges and still have lots.
That card is so very pretty with the ribbon across the bottom. Love it :)

The soft neutrals create such an elegant backdrop for the floral image, and the hint of pink peeking around the edges adds a lovely warmth. The ribbon and card candy bring great texture, and the sketch is used with such balance and clarity.
