Happy Flowers Day

 Morning and mojo  actually visited with inspiration to make a card-well I say inspiration but it practically came together itself, but I did colour the image lol.

The flower stamp is from Chocolate Baroque, coloured with promarkers, the stamped sentiment is from AALL&Create, the die-cut frame is loose on a magnetic page in my die-box with package long gone -sorry(one of those I will remember the make without the packet moments) The pink card behind the frame was a long strip I found in paper drawer and cut it to cover both sides(tip from Chrissy there) The background paper was another oddment I found in drawer from Crafters Companion that just fitted the card, but I did have to cute some black cardstock to layer-see I did actually do some work for it lol oops nearly forgot-ribbon from stash and stencil from Artisan Designs.

Blazing Poppies.

 Morning and time for the mid month inspiration at Stamping Sensations with the challenge "Something Beginning With B"/ ATG challenge.

I made another bookmark using Blazing Poppies stamp from IndigoBlu coloured with promarkers. Distress ink round the edges, ribbon from stash and put into another bookmark sleeve from Stix2.

Concertina Card

 Morning and time for our first challenge of the year at A Place to Start which is Rainbows(lots of colours) or ATG.

I made a concertina card using beautiful papers from Crafters Companion, a pocket inside with a tag, and a couple of tags glued to the pages. The tags and little Fox were cut from oddments of paper from Stamperia and no stamping in sight lol.

Bookmark and Bloom

 Morning and time for our new "I Spy Something Beginning With B"/ATG challenge at Stamping Sensations with a stamp and co-ordinating stencil  from Visible Image.

I went with B for bookmark and bloom using my favourite Iris flower and stamp set from AALL&Create coloured with promarkers and I used a clear bookmark sleeve from Stix2. Ribbon from stash-(pic below)

Card Swap Reveal

Morning and time for the November Card Chain Challenge  swap reveal and 23 cards were exchanges. The theme was NBUS+3 favourite colours+ animal/flower/fruit image. My card went to Marianne in Greece.

Memories Journal Page

 Morning and last Saturday of the month and time for our last Smash Your Stash journal page challenge with Vicki from Stamped Smiles. 

Well the year hadn't finished with us yet as Helen not well and still waiting for meds changed and Matthew had another hospital admitance to hospital but at least home for Christmas -then to top it all eldest son had to have blood tests earlier in the eek and levels 10x hight than they should be!!!So I am unashamedly resharing my Spurn Point page as the prompt was memories and some of my best memories are the school holidays I spent there.

I had to include the lighthouse-love them reminds me of the one at Spurn Point where I spent many happy school holidays. My Uncle was a Lifeboat crew man and it was very remote with chickens running round-my Aunt/Uncle and two cousins lived at cottage no 5-its all abandoned now due to getting wash overs with the tides and can get cut off sadly

If you click on the last pic you can see the crew cottageson he left hand side and see how isolated it is-but a truly special place.
