Edgy Undercut on Textured Tando

Morning and we have a new challenge at Create and Inspire and we are sponsore by KJ Artling-I chose the beautiful image Edgy Undercut coloured with promarkers and glossy accents on eys and lips.I used a mixed media board from Tando and kept it simple to showcase the image,I used DIY household filler through two Tando stencils then a coat of gesso and weathered wood,sponged on a couple of distress inks -which I then practically covered up!!!and Cosmic Shimmer Gilding Polish round the edges I used silicone glue under the image for depth.

Anniversary and Not an Image in Sight!

Morning and I have a commissioned anniversary card to show today-I decided against using an image and going with die-cuts,the B.papers are from Craftwork Cards and 7Dots Studio,hearts die-cuts from The Works,butterfly die was a craft mag freebie-I cut four times base in corrugated cardboard and three in papers used,twine/liquid pearls/gems from stash,handmade flowers using Joy die and I made the frame with clay and mould covered in gesso,I inked all edges with distress inks and computer generated sentiment in Dafont-I cut the hearts twice then swapped the inner hearts-finished with a dusting of distress glitter.

Craft Rocket Meets Butterfly Bella

Morning and hope you are all well!Today I am Guest Designer at Craft Rocket thank you for having me ladies-I have made a birthday card with "Butterfly Bella" image from Digistamps4Joy-coloured with promarkers and doodled round the edges.
Cardstock from Papermill Direct,papers/ribbon and flowers from stash,stamped sentiment was from a craft mag freebie set framed with a Spellbinders label die and doodled round the edges.

Floating Cup and Saucer

Morning and we have a new challenge starting at Daisy Chain which is "Floral" and this is a project I have been dying to try since last year when I actually bought four cups and saucers from the local charity shop for £2,then they got put in the cupboard and looked at now and again till finally I plucked up courage to have a go and did intend to take step by step pics-but that never happened!!!I shaped a teaspoon and attached it with a glue gun and left to dry overnight.The next morning was amazed it had actually held but kept toppling slightly so glued in a couple of large stones from the garden for stability and covered with green to hide,then just went mad with loads of flowers I have collected and never used and added abow from ribbon stash.Might even make again seeing as I have three more sets lol might just might even use handmade flowers next time-no holding of breath though lol.

More Monochrome-Someone Stop Me!!!

It was the Scarecrow festival in Hedon on Saturday and they had some challenges in the village Hall-Holly won first prize with her "make a monster/animal from fruit and veg-her grandad came up with the title

Another Darling Bud

Morning and hope you are all well-we have a new ATG/Monochrome challenge at 613 Avenue Create and don't forget you now have a month to join us.I used a pre-coloured image-Snowdrop-The Darling Buds from Polka Doodles,a Spellbinders die and distress ink whilst still in the die,oddments of co-ordinating papers/ribbon and liquid pearls from stash,unfortunately I ran out of DST-can you imagine that!!! call myself a crafter lol-so half of my card is stuck down and half is in place awaiting tape-I also added distress ink to all edges.
