Morning and I have a birthday card made for BIL to give to their son-have made a couple for him before so had to rely on gim liking a drink although I think beer is his preference lol.He has also learnt Japanese and goes there about three times a year and luckily I had kept some Japanese newspaper which was packaging a few years ago-knew it would come in handy lol.
I made a pop-op box card wood grain paper from The Works, and all stamps (coloured with promarkers)were from a Stamp and die-cut craft mag freebie set last year.

Your pop up box is wonderful and the news paper is a smart touch, how clever to learn the language, take me all my time to speak english most days....

I’ve seen you use this freebie set quite a bit, I quite fancy many of the freebies myself. The pop up box is brilliant, and you’ve personalized this creation as much as can be done. Great result.
A fabulous pop-up-box card Carol, a super design - such a good idea to keep the Japanese newspaper.

Your BIL's son is very ambitious to learn Japanese, but if he's going to spend time in the country... Your card is perfect whether he enjoys a drink or not. How fun that you had the Japanese newsprint! He'll get a kick out of this!
