How unfortunate John's had to go through a second op and yes, you do hear all that snipping and see the shadows moving around you which is disconcerting, hope he improves quickly.

A beautiful card today Carol, many thanks for sharing with us at Stamping Sensations.

Oh, my goodness, after reading your message about John I hardly know what to say! He felt and heard everything? That is so NOT okay! I'm so sorry! I do hope his surgery holds this time and he doesn't have to have another. Now, about your pinwheel tower card... it's very pretty and intriguing. I love the flower stamps and their meanings. Interesting about the one being called a Kaiser's Crown and standing for imperial power. I've known it as a Crown Imperial, but never heard the Kaiser's Crown name before. Learn something new everyday!

Oh my goodness, I feel so bad for your hubby. No one should feel anything during surgery and hear it all too!!! Praying that this is a success and he will be okay.
Your card is beautiful and I love these pinwheel cards and never thought to make it as a slimline card!!! Love that idea!

Big hugs
